Primo Productions is a private Urban / Latin social club that caters to business professionals and college students. Primo Productions hosts a wide range of events. We conceptualize and execute social events that accommodate the needs of our members. In addition we help our members with the organizing of their own events. From concept to creation is our motto. We have formed many partnerships with popular and established venues, so that way we may offer our members free access to our events. Membership is completely free. We welcome all to join.
Primo is spanish for cousin. The Origins of Primo Productions goes back to 8 cousins that we're heavily immersed in Latin, Jazz and Hip-Hop music in Woodbridge, Va. With family comes love. Gracias por todo Primos. Mucho amor y bendiciones. Alexis, Chico, Devin, Josh, Jonaton, Joel, Juan, and Aniceto (Primo) we're all into enjoying life. With the shortage of things to do or places to go the family of cousins started doing small parties and basketball tournaments. The small events started to become huge events in Woodbridge. These events happened for a period of 4 years. Then finally we all started moving on in our lives. Some in the Army, some married, some started their own businesses, some moved away, and some in college. Primo is the name taken for the remembrance of my family and my appreciation for all that they have done for me.
After that successful run it was time to take the business further and I joined forces with "Jose", my distant cousin. He had been doing parties on his own with his college and fraternity connections. He had successful parties at George Mason University and Havana Breeze amongst other venues. We started to work together at "the VIP club" and enjoyed great success, while being able to bring our members a lot more entertainment such as Live Events. At the same time we started to do Havana Breeze every saturday. Both of those venues are now gone but not forgotten.
We have been proud to offer such events as concerts by Fabolous, Huey Dumbar, Oro Solido, Fat Joe, Eddie Santiago, El Canario, Oscar D'Leon, La India, Grupo Niche, Jerry Rivera, Manikkomio, Fulanito, Beenie Man, Wayne Wonder, Diddy, LL, amongst many others. Numerous Salsa events as well as hiphop and reggae. We are equally proud of the venues we have offered to the public in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. as well as the partnerships and friendships we have made.
